Did you know that your hands are the first body part to show your age? Considering the work they do, it’s no wonder our hands seem to age faster than the rest of our bodies. The fragile skin on our hands is subjected to almost constant water, weather and sun exposure, making it more susceptible to the same age spots, wrinkles, and sun damage that we work so hard to avoid showing up on our face.
Most of us have a skincare regimen for our faces, but we often if not always forget about our hands. We’ve put together a hand regimen to slow down the ageing of your hands and keep them looking young.
